1、擰開回油閥，使下壓板下降，取出壓碎的試樣。

2、記錄下來需要的載荷數(shù)值，并將描繪筆抬起。

3、試樣壓碎后，關(guān)閉送油閥，并停止油泵電動(dòng)機(jī)。

4、按試驗(yàn)要求加荷速度，緩慢地?cái)Q開送油閥進(jìn)行加荷試驗(yàn)。

5、開動(dòng)橫梁電動(dòng)機(jī)，使上壓板下降到離試樣約10mm處，再轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)橫梁上的手輪，使上壓板與試樣表面接觸。

9、根據(jù)試樣所需測量范圍，在擺桿上掛上或取下相應(yīng)的擺鉈，并把緩沖閥手柄上的刻線對準(zhǔn)標(biāo)線。
