分辨率是試驗(yàn)機(jī)的一個(gè)重要參數(shù)，合適的分辨率將有利于測(cè)量的解析度，測(cè)量出較小的分度，有效分辨率和動(dòng)態(tài)性能是一對(duì)矛盾，一味的提高有效分辨率是以犧牲動(dòng)態(tài)性能(帶寬)為代價(jià)的，帶寬的降低直接導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果是材料屈服波動(dòng)不明顯甚至出現(xiàn)屈服就是一個(gè)平臺(tái)的現(xiàn)象，所以在選型是也要對(duì)這對(duì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行有效的考慮；

目前國(guó)內(nèi)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的精度普遍使用1級(jí)和0.5級(jí)兩種，對(duì)于一般的材料試驗(yàn)選擇1級(jí)的試驗(yàn)機(jī)完全足夠，沒(méi)有必要多花錢提高精度，對(duì)于科學(xué)研究和材料分析就需要0.5級(jí)精度的試驗(yàn)機(jī)；其實(shí)對(duì)于0.5級(jí)和1級(jí)精度的試驗(yàn)機(jī)在技術(shù)上差別并不明顯，校驗(yàn)的方法和手段基本是一樣的，這是修正點(diǎn)的不一樣上，隨著傳感器技術(shù)的發(fā)展，傳感器元件的線性度已經(jīng)達(dá)到一個(gè)很高的水準(zhǔn)，只要測(cè)量電路沒(méi)有缺陷，抗干擾性能好的話，所有的試驗(yàn)機(jī)都會(huì)達(dá)到0.5級(jí)的精度是沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的；

三、選擇量程

根據(jù)試驗(yàn)材料的載荷選擇所需要的試驗(yàn)機(jī)載荷(即量程)，推薦材料試驗(yàn)載荷在試驗(yàn)機(jī)量程的70％――90％左右為佳，這樣既保證了試驗(yàn)的分辨率也可以延長(zhǎng)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的使用壽命；
