Debugging a universal testing machine

(1)關(guān)掉油泵電機(jī)，旋出油泵上面的MS絲堵，排出泵內(nèi)的空氣(和少量油一起流出)，排凈空氣后旋回絲堵：啟動油泵反復(fù)升降活塞將油缸、油管內(nèi)的空氣排凈。(2)將冷彎支座向兩邊等距拉開，以移動橫梁升降時不碰到為準(zhǔn)

(1) turn off the oil pump motor, screw out the MS plug on the oil pump, discharge the air in the pump (with a small amount of oil outflow), exhaust air spinning waste blocking: start the pump lift cylinder piston will be repeated, the air exhaust pipe. (2) will be opened cold-formedsupport to both sides equally, to move the lifting does not meet standard

(3)在臺板上安裝球面下壓板，升降移動橫梁使上下壓板相距約20mm

(4)啟動油泵，關(guān)閉回油閥開啟送油閥使臺板上升，緩慢加大壓力

(4) start the pump, close the valve to open the oil valve plate slow to rise, increasingpressure

(5) 檢查各油管接頭有無漏油(6)如有漏油，卸力后擰緊油處接頭
